Interesting Maths

I have been doing some maths and found the following interesting….
Billionaires that give away their money within their lifetime, they sign up to a Pledge.
‘Pledgers’ to commit to giving away at least half their fortunes during their lifetimes or upon their deaths.
The Giving Pledge, was begun by Warren Buffett and Bill and Melinda Gates.

Fact: –
If you earned interest at 4% the following would be true: –
If you had 100 million, you would earn you £11,000 per day
If you had 1 billion you would earn you £110,000 per day Nice – wait 5 days for a nice house, then have another in 4!

If the following three people gave 95% away today:

This would mean 76 billion (Bill Gates), would earn you $7,920,000 per day (eight million ,
three hundred sixty thousand)

If you had 64 billion (Amancio Ortega), would earn you $7,040,000 per day (seven million ,
forty thousand)
(Not sure if he is in “The Pledge” or not, but if he was…)

If you had 58 billion(Warren Buffett, would earn you $6,380,000 per day (six million ,
three hundred eighty thousand)

Just these three add up to 188 billion in a bank earning 4% interest which is $20,680,000(20 million dollars, 680 thousand, or £12,468,078 – 12 million pounds) per day,
and with that
seven billion, seven hundred ninety two million, three hundred eighty five thousand dollars every year could be for charities.

12 million a day for good uses!

Divide by each charity in the uk 180,000 and they each get £69.20 extra a day!

or we support the top 10 charities they would get £1,246,807 per day

or we support the top 100 charities they would get £124,680 per day

or we support the top 1000 charities they would get £12,468 per day

Each billionaire should do this for their own country or sponsored country, like with famine etc
